The City of Cedar Falls is currently in its final step to fully certify 199.72 acres with the State of Iowa’s Shovel Ready Certified Site Program. The site is an expansion of the Cedar Falls Industrial Park, which is home to two Target Regional Distribution Facilities, Viking Pump, Ashley Furniture Distribution Center, as well as several international companies based in the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland to name a few. The Park employs 7,000 people. Fiber broadband is provided by Cedar Falls Utilities, recognized in 2020 by PC Magazine as the fastest internet service provider in the United States. Multi-modal access available on I-380, I-218, US Highway 20, proximity to I-80 and I-35. Rail provided by Canadian National (CN), and air service provided by the Waterloo Regional Airport and the Eastern Iowa Airport.
